All dresses and veils are made from scratch, hence once an order is placed and the deposit is paid the order cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Headpiece & Tiara's

Headpieces or Tiara’s can be exchanged as long as the item is not worn.

Jewellery

Due to hygiene reasons, Jewellery are not refundable to exchangeable.
